Due to the customised nature of the products, refunds are not available on customised orders unless the product is defective. If you believe the products to be defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the items. Please ensure all designs/text are correct when placing an order. We cannot refund if you have sent incorrect information or text, we can only refund/exchange if we have made the error.
Deliverys are subject to a charge unless the £75.00 order minimum has been met. All deliverys will be made by contracted courier or Royal Mail postal services. All delivery instructions and information will be confirmed per order to make sure a quick and trouble free delivery is made.
