CLUB/BUSINESS COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY. PLEASE ENSURE THE LOGO IS YOUR COPYRIGHT.

All logos will be kept on file until unused for a period of two years. After such time we will assume that you no longer wish us to kept it for your exclusive use and we reserve the right to use the motif (if suitable) as a stock design. If the design is not suitable for such use, it will be deleted from our files, and therefore, if at a later time (after two years), your wish to reinstate your logo, a re-design cost may occur.

SHIPPING POLICY

Damaged or opened cartons must be checked and refused on delivery. Delivery dates quoted are a guideline only and will not be legally binding. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving any shortfalls, damaged goods etc.

PRICES & PAYMENT

F C Sports Limited reserves the right to alter prices and garment specifications without prior notice. All items remain the property of F C Sports Limited until paid in full.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Due to the customised nature of the products, refunds are not available on customised orders unless the product is defective. If you believe the products to be defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the items. Please ensure all designs/text are correct when placing an order. We cannot refund if you have sent incorrect information or text, we can only refund/exchange if we have made the error.
Returns will not be excepted if products have been worn or washed. Refunds will be credited less carriage charges, if returned in good condition with 7 days.
Whilst delivery lead times may be indicated in good faith at time or enquiry, goods offered are subject to availability at time of order processing, and F C Sports Limited accepts no responsibility for any delay in supply whatever the reason.

COMPLETION OF ORDERS IS DEPENDENT ON INDIVIDUAL ORDER REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE MAKE SURE LEAD TIME FOR YOUR ORDER IS ACCEPTABLE WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER.
